These Terms govern your interaction with features allowing you to create, upload, and share content ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC") on our platform. Please ensure you read these Terms carefully.

By submitting UGC, you confirm that you understand and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the UGC features of our app.

Accounts on Pollarize are intended solely for natural persons (real human individuals). Automated accounts, bots, scripts, or any non-human entities are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or interacting with our platform.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

You are a real, individual person acting on your own behalf.

You are not using automated processes or AI-driven systems to operate an account.

You will not engage in activities that attempt to bypass authentication or simulate human interactions using bots.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of being operated by automated systems or bots. Violation of this policy may result in permanent account removal and potential legal action.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Pollarize will not be held liable for UGC posted by users that infringes upon third-party rights, such as copyright violations or defamatory material. Responsibility rests solely with the user who submitted the content.

8. Acceptable Use

All users are required to adhere to acceptable use guidelines:

UGC must be respectful and appropriate.

Abusive, illegal, or harmful uses are prohibited.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

9. User Behaviour

To maintain a positive environment, users must refrain from:

Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.

Posting spam or unwanted advertising material.

Manipulating or interfering with the app’s systems or data.

Using the app to distribute unauthorized or illegal content.

10. Reporting and Moderation

Users can report inappropriate content via the in-app reporting system. We reserve the right to remove UGC that violates these Terms and take action against accounts responsible for such content.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to UGC features at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated.
